Schedule & Important Dates
Tiny Seeds Forest School is a small and intimate program designed to serve just 10 students per day, guided by two dedicated teachers. This allows us to maintain a nurturing 1:5 teacher-to-student ratio, ensuring every child receives personal attention and support.
We are a half-day program for children ages 3–5 years old who are potty trained, located in the beautiful forests of South Lake Tahoe, CA.
Our school days run from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with outdoor classroom sites that shift with the seasons to keep learning rooted in nature.
Our calendar aligns closely with the Lake Tahoe Unified School District (LTUSD) schedule, with the exception that our program begins one week later than LTUSD each year.
Special Note:
To ensure equity for all families, Tiny Seeds does not close for Monday holidays. This guarantees that children enrolled on Mondays have access to the same 12 weeks of programming as students attending on other days.
