Wildflower Teachers Collective

The Wildflower Teacher’s Collective is a community of educators, mentors, and teachers blooming with a shared passion for nature-based education. Inspired by the quiet magic of wildflowers—symbols of hope and perseverance—we nurture deep connections between individuals, nature, and each other to weave a more loving and inclusive world. Through shared wisdom, joyful collaboration, and moments of wonder, we embrace the transformative power of learning together and uplifting one another.

Mission:

To create a vibrant community of nature-based educators who inspire, support, and nurture each other while embracing our playfulness, creativity, and shared magic.

2026 Wildflower Teachers Retreat Update

The Wildflower Teachers Retreat was born from a deep love of land, learning, and community. Our first gathering in South Lake Tahoe was truly special, filled with meaningful connection, creativity, reflection, and shared purpose among nature based and outdoor educators.

As founders and facilitators, we hold a strong commitment to creating experiences that are not only beautiful, but also sustainable and life giving for everyone involved. With that in mind, we have chosen to pause the retreat for 2026. This year of rest and planning will allow us to tend to our roots, integrate what we learned, and thoughtfully shape what Wildflower will become next.

Rather than moving quickly, we are choosing to move with care.

We are excited to share that the Wildflower Teachers Retreat will return in 2027 in South Lake Tahoe, reimagined and renewed. Our intention is to offer a gathering that feels deeply aligned, supportive, and nourishing for outdoor and nature based educators, rooted in connection to the land, to one another, and to ourselves.

Thank you for being part of the Wildflower community and for honoring this season of pause. We look forward to gathering again when the time is right.

With gratitude,

The Wildflower Teachers Collective
